Job Advert: Quality Officer - 1 position

The Association of Private Health Facilities in Tanzania (APHFTA) is a Non-Governmental Organisation that exists to serve as a public forum for the private health sector and provide a comprehensive array of advocacy, administrative, knowledge-sharing and networking products and services to the private health sector, especially its members and constituents. APHFTA is dedicated to improving the quality of care and services in the Private Health Care Sector in Tanzania.

APHFTA implements a Medical Credit Fund (MCF) program to provide low interest loans to private health facilities in Tanzania. The goal of the fund is to expand upon the private health sector’s proven capacity to deliver high quality patient care services in Tanzania.

APHFTA has identified the need for a Marketing Personnel to strengthen its capacity to support health providers in improving the quality of services and advocacy.

Qualifications, Competencies and Experience:

· Diploma OR Degree in Laboratory, Pharmacy, Clinical Medicine

· At least 1 year of experience amongst the field mentioned above

· Ready to work under minimum supervision

· Be able to generate useful data

· Computer literate

· Excellent communication and writing skills in Swahili and English

Remuneration:

The successful candidate will be appointed to the rank that commensurate with their qualifications and experience.
